The supercritical CO2 fluid extraction(SCFE) machine can effectively extract Ganoderma Spore Oil from Ganoderma

1,The SCFE technology is widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, health products, new materials and
other fields.
2,The SCFE machine is a high-pressure systematic device which changes the CO2 between its gas, liquid
and supercritical state for extraction and separation of materials and for process of system circulation.
3,The extractor cover of this plant uses hydraulic pressure quick opening structure.
4,The max-working extraction pressure of the equipment is 320bar, max-working extraction temperature is 70℃,and
the effective volume of the material barrel is 500L.
5,The rubber and plastic foam material are used on all pressure vessels and pressure pipes to keep temperature,
outside is thin stainless steel, which will make our device beauty.
6,The extract, separate pressure and temperature can be automatic and remote controlled by PLC.
